  • Our 60 minute CrossFit class. CrossFit is high intensity training at it’s finest. Workouts combine a variety of functional movements - everything from cardio and gymnastics to power lifting and olympic lifting. Every day brings something new, so get ready to get after it!

  • This membership is designed to elevate members current class experience. Working with a designated coach, you will develop thoughtful goals with a clear roadmap on how to achieve your desired results. This process will include unlimited group classes, one on one goal setting sessions, bi-monthly one on one check ins, specific programming tailored toward your goals, and workout tracking/review.

  • The top membership offering is going to encompass everything needed to get the top results from your fitness journey. With a tailored individual approach to nutrition and specific goals you and our coaching staff will be able to develop the game plan that gets you results that are propelled by rocket fuel. This total package includes unlimited group classes, one on one goal setting sessions, bi-monthly one on one check ins, specific programming tailored toward your goals, workout tracking/review, nutrition counseling, and two personal training sessions every month.

PERSONAL TRAINING

  • Work within our small group semi private sessions to get more one on one attention from your coach. In these sessions your coach will develop a one hour training session that is gear toward the needs of the group.

    Training groups will meet at a frequency that is best for the needs of all members.

    Members have the option of starting their own training group with friends or family. Or if you are interested in semi private sessions, but do not have a group, our team can determine the best match for you and your needs.

  • Work with the trainer that best fits your goals to optimize the fitness experience. Together you will develop a plan of attack to develop a training program tailored to your exact wants and needs.

    Personal sessions provide the most individualized option available and can allow for athletes to hone in on specific fitness goals.

NUTRITION

  • CrossFit Casco Bay’s nutrition program is a "work with you" service that looks at the best way to fuel your body. During this three month start up program you are going to be taught how to appropriately balance your lifestyle to meet your nutritional goals.

    Our educated coaching staff has the ability to put you on the right path, whether you are looking to lose weight, perform at a high level, increase your energy levels, manage a vegan or vegetarian diet, and everything in between.

  • CrossFit Casco Bay’s "Tune Up" nutrition program is an extension of the "Start Up" program. The "Tune Up" program is available to all graduates of the "Start Up" program.

    In this month to month service you will be provided with the continued accountability of working with a one on one nutrition coach. Throughout this program you will continue to tinker and refine the foundation that you have built up.

    Our coaching staff will continue to help propel the nutritional success that you have achieved from the “Start Up” program.

CrossFit Casco Bay is Portland Maine’s longest standing CrossFit facility. 

Established in 2009, CFCB has been able to foster a one of a kind community that enables members to reach goals they never imagined to be possible.

Located at 1000 Congress St in Portland, Maine. Our friendly and supportive CrossFit staff are ready to help you reach your fitness goals. We are outfitted with astro turf, olympic lifting platforms, power racks, and everything else you could desire to get into tip top shape.  

Our space also includes changing rooms with showers for athletes on the go.
