Membership Policies

All membership types are non-transferable, non-assignable, and non-saleable.
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for non-utilized memberships, foundations, punch passes or personal training sessions.
Holds Month-to-Month Membership: Holds may be placed two (2) times per calendar year, up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Must be 30 days in duration at minimum. To place your membership on hold please fill out the form here.
Cancellations Month-to-Month Membership: Cancellations are without penalty dependent on fifteen (15) days advance notice by filling out the form here.
No hold or cancellation action will be placed on your account until the membership cancellation or hold request form has been submitted.
Prepaid Membership and Session(s) Membership: Not subject to any early termination options with exception of death or disability.
Advertised membership pricing includes $5 EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer, Cash, or Check) discount. To receive this discount, you must have auto-pay on and have your checking or savings account information as your primary form of payment (debit cards do not apply).
